When we welcomed in a new decade, we certainly did not know what challenges 2020 would bring with it. However, as numerous as the challenges have been, so too are the stories of resilience, strength, and connection. Now, as we approach a holiday devoted to thankfulness, I’m reminded deeply of a quote attributed to W.T. Purkiser:
“Not what we say about our blessings, but how we use them, is the true measure of our thanksgiving.”
I am incredibly proud and privileged to be part of a team that so capably rose to the challenges of this unprecedented year, focusing on our customers - delivering solutions to help our clients adapt to an ever-evolving health situation in a way that allowed them to shine in a dark time.
Rapidly responding to the shelter-in-place directives, our team created and released the Critical Community Outreach Quick Start Package for FREE to enable essential communications across all available digital channels during this time of need, elevating our FI clients as a trusted hub for essential information being provided to their community of consumers.
Shortly thereafter, our team launched DeepTarget Community, an out-of-the-box communications set that enabled any financial institution to immediately deploy designs on multiple digital channels using our over 4,000 customizable banners to release rich content to their communities. This was also provided free of cost to any FI who wished to deploy it.
As the world settled into a new version of a normal, our team turned their talents to create a new way for FIs to communicate with customers. The resulting, patent-pending technology unites the intelligence of DeepTarget with raw data to create engaging and personalized financial stories as unique as each customer. With 3D StoryTeller, the future is here - as meaningful messages are prioritized, inventoried and delivered in an immersive 3D format that compels end user engagement.
Our team celebrated when we were selected and invited to demo our 3D StoryTeller software at the FinovateWest Digital showcase. Sharing how our game-changing innovation is disrupting the landscape of bank and credit union technology is on my list of things that I’m most thankful for this season.
Perhaps more than anything, I’m grateful for our customers who diligently and creatively served their respective communities in an unprecedented time of change. Monthly, the DeepTarget Digital Experience Platform (DXP) serves more than 250 million engagements to 2 million digital banking customers that result in over 75,000 leads and over 10,000 new deposits, loans, and card acquisitions for the 225 financial institutions we serve.
I am so very grateful to be part of a team whose mission is to connect. Connect with our community, connect with our clients, and help our clients connect with people in a time where we all need a little more connection.
